Web design

We are professionals in web design. We do both our own design and programming (custom design), and work with CMS, primarily WordPress.
Which method we use is determined by what wishes you have with your website. There are pros and cons to both of them. There are a number of different CMSs, but WordPress is by far the most popular of them.

WordPress
There are a large number of themes to choose from in WordPress. That will be the starting point. We then adapt the theme to suit your business. There are ready-made plugins, for most needs. If you have WordPress, there is a control panel built into the system where you can make updates to your website. There you can update your texts without the risk of accidentally destroying programming code. If you need a web shop (eCommerce), it is easier and cheaper to do it in WordPress. Likewise if you need a blog.

Own design and programming
We can make a unique website for you based on your needs. The page can then be completely customized without restrictions. Then we are not restricted by which ready-made plugins are available, but we program everything ourselves. For your updates, FTP is used. This means that you have to make changes directly to the source code with the risk of destroying programming code. Then you upload the updated file via an FTP program. To simplify and ensure that the updates take place without risking the programming code, we offer two options. Either we build a control panel for you where you can update without risking changing programming code or you can sign a service agreement. Then you just need to email us your new texts, images and other things and we'll take care of everything.

Mobile adapted
Regardless of whether we make your website with WordPress or with our own design and programming, the website is made with responsive web design (mobile friendly). This means that everything is adapted to work well on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. So regardless of what your visitors use, they should have a pleasant experience. Yes, the site should work on delivery and we guarantee that it will continue to work for at least one year. If a problem occurs within a year, we will fix it for free. New versions of browsers and server software can mean that websites no longer work as intended. Although it is not our fault, we will fix it for free if it occurs within a year. If the problem arose because you or someone you hired changed the source code, the warranty does not apply.

Yes, but it may take time. To speed it up, you can report it to search engines. It may speed up the process. To improve your position in the search engines, you should use SEO. We have search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. See additional services.

Yes, we have programmed it to function with accents and other special characters in sender name, recipient name, subject and message. It's also compatible with Cyrillic, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, etc.

If you have not selected any extra services, cookies are not used and therefore no cookie warning is needed. Some additional services require a cookie warning and privacy policy (GDPR).

Normally, that's exactly what happens. There are spam bots (computer programs) that search the internet for email links, phone numbers, Facebook/Messenger links, etc. They copy huge amounts of email addresses etc every second and sell to less serious companies. We have an additional service that encrypts all such links. This means that they still function to be read and clicked on just as usual, but the robots are unable to read them. Of course, visitors can still look at the address and write it down and then use it for spam. But about 99% of all spam is avoided.

This is when the page does not have an SSL certificate. An SSL certificate ensures that you connect securely to the website and that all information shared between you and the server is encrypted so that data cannot be shared between anyone other than the visitor and the owner of the website. That SSL is used can be seen by the web address starting with https:// and not just http://. It is also indicated by the small padlock next to the domain address. The S and the lock indicate that the website has an SSL certificate. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and it is a security protocol that is used to send encrypted information between the visitors' browser and the server on which the website they visit is located. If you use our server, you automatically have access to SSL. We also program the website to automatically connect via SSL even if the visitor only typed http://. If you don't want to use SSL, we won't do that redirection.

All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is added to all prices. If your company is registered for VAT in an EU country, that is the VAT rate that applies. Otherwise it is 21%.

It depends on the type of website you need. In some cases, it may be appropriate to make a website in WordPress, but sometimes it may need to be tailored. There are pros and cons to both options. What it will be is decided by you and us together.

You need a domain (yourcompany.com). You pay for it recurringly every year, but not to us.
You also need a web host (hosting provider). If you use our server, the first year is included for free when paying for the website. After that, there is an annual fee (see price list). You can also choose another web host. Then you can check the cost with them.
